today is CHRISTMAS!
the day we celebrate Christ's birth.
and let me tell ya, today has been soooo good.
first and foremost...
i'd like to thank everyone involved.
5:15a.m.: its time to open presents.
9:00a.m.: church.
11:30a.m.: meet with my dads side of the family at my aunt stepheanne and uncle mike's house.

my sweet grandma marva and i.
she was once taller than me.
and she has a twin brother named marvin.
right after lunch with my dad and fam,
i went and saw my two older brothers, ben and eric.
they are just so cool.
and it was really nice meeting eric's girlfriend, erin! she's sweet.
and apparently she likes cooking? right on.
so then... i came home and helped clean up a bit.
then!!!!!!!!!
dundundunnnnnnnnnnn....
i went to the leonards.
and got on the phone..
and talked to Elder Steven Isbell!
AHH! it was lovely.
i miss that kid a lot. with my whole heart.
but he's awesome.
and going to be just fine out there in st.george.
i was actually reaaaaaaaaaaally nervous to talk to him.
like the whole hour before i went to his house i was a mess.
how embarassing.
and there were complications with cell service and stuff.
but then i got to hear that kids voice.
for fifteen whole minutes!
it was real sweet.
made my year. all of 2011.
no lie.
anyways, merry christmas.
i hope you have been able to feel our Savior's love for you on this day.
actually everyday... but today especially.
